Uniform Exchange Visit – Eco Team
May 8, 2026
The Eco-Team went to visit the Uniform Exchange today to learn all about how reusing school uniform helps our community and our planet. Katy showed us around each step of the process and we learnt some astounding facts. Did you know there is the equivalent of 24 plastic bottles in a school jumper?
Did you know that 13000 children got school clothing from the uniform exchange last year? The children even had to do some work checking and sorting clothes, but they were rewarded with biscuits and juice! When back at school they shared all they had learnt with the rest of the school.
