Year 1 have spent the last few weeks in outdoor learning thinking about structures. They received a letter from a troll asking for their help to build him a shelter and a bridge. The troll had requirements for each structure, such as strength and sturdiness, which the children worked hard in teams to meet, as well as adding a few of their own creative ideas! Well done Year 1, we’re sure the troll of William Wood is very happy now.
